ClairVista’s provides Live Expert^®, a software suite that combines video conferencing, content sharing, and CRM applications to allow businesses to provide their customers with live, on demand consultation at any location using an efficient, centralized staffing model. Live Expert system uses the customer’s input to establish a videoconference connection with the most qualified agent for live consultation and content sharing.

Businesses selling information-intensive products and services cannot afford to staff the depth and breadth of expertise that customers want at all locations. This problem is most acute in retail, but we are finding opportunities in other industries, also.

Client funded pilot programs for an electronics retailer in US and a leading UK retailer.

Currently under evaluation by 2 retailers, 2 CPG companies, 2 hospitality companies, 1 wireless carrier, and 1 consumer finance company. Partnership with Accenture.

ClairVista lead the development of Redbox, which now has 6,500 DVD rental machines, for McDonalds. Chris Sang, CEO, has been a BOD for Retek (acquired by Oracle for $650 mil in 2005), BOD for Junction Solutions, CEO of iFulfillment, COO of Scotty’s Home Market, and CFO of retailer Ulta. Began career with Arthur Andersen in Chicago.
