DCEO Entrepreneur's Challenge $50,000 Grant is awarded to ReTel Technologies by Jack Lavin, Director of IL DCEO. ReTel Technologies was a submission from the University of Chicago represented at the 2008 MVS by Scott Roberts, Adam Rodnitzky and Goerge Aspland. Dennis Serio, at right, Illinois Business Investors Forum, directed and organized the University Business Plan Competition event.
