IVCA-PAC
The mission of IVCA-PAC is to support the election of candidates to Illinois’ state, county, and city offices who support the Illinois Venture Capital Association’s legislative programs, initiatives, and philosophy regardless of party affiliation.
Our IVCA Political Action Committee (IVCA-PAC) has been instrumental in helping to provide access to and build relationships with key elected officials in order to educate them about our business and its important contributions to the Illinois economy. Positive legislation recognizing and supporting strengthening private equity and venture capital investing in Illinois is vital for the continued health of the Illinois private equity community. Our successes in removing disincentives to private equity investing in Illinois are the result of extensive education and relationship-building efforts with elected officials in Illinois.
