After a welcome from our Presenting sponsor, Silicon Valley Bank (l. to r.) Bo Hanson, Bob Blee and Jim Anderson, Jim began his discussion on the Economic Outlook for VC and PE investors.



Following Jim Anderson, sponsor Ernst & Young LLP presented both the Tax and Accounting portion of the day.

Closing the program, Bill Hupp (on right) led a panel discussion for Establishing a Process for SEC Registration with (l. to r.): Nell Blatherwick, RCP Advisors; Mary Kay Wik, Mesirow Financial Private Equity and Amy Coleman Redenbaugh, Thoma Bravo LLC.
