The mission of Midwest Energy Group, Inc. (MEGI) is to transition novel laboratory biodiesel technologies developed at Southern Illinois University Carbondale into commercial production. MEGI’s in-house technologies are aimed at expanding the feedstock selection for low-cost biodiesel production and developing novel anti-gelling agents for the winter use of biodiesel.
