On line registration is now closed.  On site registration will be available on Monday, March 17 at The University of Chicago Gleacher Center and on Tuesday, March 18 at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers.  The cost to register is $599.00

Welcome, and thank you for your interest in submitting a presentation.  Please review the instructions before you continue.
 
Instructions:

  1. Complete and "Submit" the Executive Summary of your business plan below.  Click here to find out more about business plan summary requirements.
  2. The non-refundable fee to submit a presentation for consideration is $175.00 and can be paid with Visa or Mastercard only. (We do not accept American Express, Discover or any other card.)
  3. Please note the conditions below.
  4. When you have submitted and paid you will receive a confirming email with your user id and password.  Please go to www.midwestventuresummit.com and log-in with your user id and password to "Upload your Business Plan".  This business plan summary must be limited to 5-8 pages and submitted in .pdf format
  5. By submitting this application to present at the Midwest Venture Summit you authorize the Midwest Venture Summit to include your company's name and/or logo in marketing, public relations and promotional materials related to Midwest Venture Summit online and in print.
  6. Deadline for submissions is Thursday, January 31, 2008 at 5:00 PM CST. 
******* Your submission will not be considered complete and will not be considered for review unless ALL of the following are received by 5:00 PM CST on January 31, 2008:    
(1) completed Executive Summary (Online Application) 
(2) payment
(3) uploaded business plan summary

Conditions:

If you are chosen to present you will be given one (1) event registration ticket and will be given the option to purchase up to 3 additional event attendance tickets for $225.00 each.  (These tickets must be purchased no later than Friday, March 7.  Any tickets purchased between March 7 - March 14 will be at the full price of $499.00; tickets after March 14th will cost $599)  To order this discounted offer you must contact Kathy Pyne at 312-201-2851 or kpyne@illinoisvc.org.
